I always stay at this hotel in Ansbach. The staff is helpful and honest. They returned my forgotten headphones. The facilities are perfect and have everything I need. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Besides, the location was comfortable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Ansbach Residence. The room was big and beautiful with a balcony, the staff was EXCELLENT.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Hotel Restaurant Zur Windmuhle. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The waitstaff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. we highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, as it is just a short walk from the annual event that I attended. The room was very comfortable and clean, complete with a lovely bathroom and a beautiful view. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to help out with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the leisure facilities were great, especially the gym and spa.

The renovation work being carried out during my stay caused some noise disturbance and made it difficult to relax at times.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with the free Wi-Fi and breakfast included in the price of the room. the convenience of having a central location was also beneficial. I also enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel, giving off a cozy and homely vibe.

My room lacked proper soundproofing which resulted in disturbed sleep due to the noise from other guests. the room next door had an unpleasant odor that seeped into my room, making it an uncomfortable stay.
